Benjamin holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Tuzla, Department of Special Education and Rehabilitation, where he is currently pursuing his doctoral studies. He has completed additional training in Montessori pedagogy, sensory integration therapy, and psychomotor re-education. Benjamin has gained professional experience as an inclusion specialist, special education teacher, and inclusion consultant in private preschool institutions. He is currently employed as a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences, University of Tuzla.

Ivana holds a Master’s degree in Special Education and is a PhD candidate in Inclusive Education at the Institute of Pedagogy, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. She works as an Expert Associate for Education and Coordination of Educational Assistants at the Idnina Special Elementary School with Resource Centre and serves as the President and Project Manager at the Autism Institute – Skopje.
She is an autism specialist and researcher with more than 12 years of practical experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, as well as in sensory integration therapy. Ivana actively participates in Erasmus+ projects (IEC-ADE, Autism_PCP, Autism Friendly Spaces, ITSS-LAII, LEBEL) as a teacher, trainer, and researcher. Since 2017, she has led the development of several educational interventions. She is also the coordinator and trainer for the Autism Social Skills and Positive Parenting Program in collaboration with UNICEF Skopje.
Her expertise includes use of technology in education, sensory integration therapy, research, curriculum and training program development, and project management in the field of additional educational support for students.

Kristina is an ICT senior advisor and teacher at “Matija Gubec” Primary School in Cernik, with extensive experience in teaching and mentoring students. She is an active member of the Association Partners in Learning, participating in international projects such as BIG – Be Internet Awesome, Digital First, and EducationalAI. Kristina is the co-author of two handbooks on the application of artificial intelligence in education, created to support teachers in integrating AI into their teaching practice. Her professional work focuses on developing digital competences, promoting the ethical and purposeful use of technology, and strengthening students’ critical thinking skills.
She has been repeatedly recognized by the Ministry of Science and Education as one of the most successful educational professionals. Kristina actively contributes to the teaching community as the head of the County Expert Council for Informatics in the Brod-Posavina County. She is a member of the program committee of the international “Dabar” challenge and an author of its competition tasks. As an EU Code Week ambassador and Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, she promotes the democratization of coding and innovative pedagogical approaches.
