Aleksa is a pedagogue and a specialist in Internet technologies. He works at the Institute for the Improvement of Education of the Republic of Serbia (Zavod za unapređivanje obrazovanja i vaspitanja), within the Center for Professional Development of Education Personnel, as an advisor–coordinator.
He is engaged in the development and implementation of digital educational technologies, the preparation and delivery of national teacher training programs, as well as in the application and development of artificial intelligence in education.

Aleksandar is the founder of Geek Area, a company that helps businesses digitalize and improve their operations through IT solutions. He also launched and manages SERB-CRAFT, the largest Minecraft server network in Serbia, which brings together over 2,500 players daily. From the very beginning, he has been actively involved with the organization “Nauči me” and has participated in all its projects. He has experience leading IT projects, particularly in education, mentoring, and digitalization. His skills include programming, project management, cybersecurity, web design, and the use of various digital tools. He enjoys working on projects that enhance education and business processes.

Aleksandra continuously integrates digital technologies into STEAM projects, creating a stimulating and creative learning environment to motivate her students in acquiring 21st-century skills. She has received multiple awards for her original, interdisciplinary educational websites and software based on active learning and innovative teaching models. Aleksandra is also the author of numerous papers published in professional and academic journals.

Aleksandra Hohnjec graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, specializing in international trade, and works as a teacher at the Economic and Birotechnical School in Bjelovar. She was part of the Croatian national team at the Intersteno World Congress 2022 in Maastricht. She works with gifted students, writes professional articles, and conducts research. She has been selected twice as one of the most successful educational professionals in the country.

Aleksandra Vujičić is an art education pedagogue at the Preschool Institution “Dečja radost” in Ćuprija. She has been employed there since 2008 as a professional associate and has also served as a coordinator on numerous projects implemented by the Ministry and UNICEF. Within the project “Preschool Online Learning Community – Learning and Changing Practice,” she worked as a facilitator and coordinator and was also a member of the Working Group for selecting works for the Learning Passport. Among other roles, she coordinated training programs for preschool staff such as “Inclusive Preschool Education – Enhancing Digital Competences of Practitioners in Preschool Institutions” and “Ethics and Integrity,” both conducted online. She also has experience as a trainer in adult education (for both staff and parents), delivered in person and online.

Ana Bakić is a preschool teacher at the Preschool Institution “Marija Munćan” in Majdanpek. In her daily work with children, as well as for her own professional development, she applies an integrated learning approach and uses digital technologies to develop a real-life curriculum. She actively participates in projects on the eTwinning platform, the STEM Discovery Campaign, and Code Week. She is open to new ideas and methods of working with children, especially those that help them develop competencies essential for lifelong learning.

Ana is a French language teacher at “Dr Dragan Hercog” Primary School. She graduated from the Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade. Ana has participated in and led several projects focused on the use of digital technologies in education. Her professional work is oriented toward the application of ICT in foreign language teaching. She has been involved in planning and delivering distance learning for more than ten years. Ana is actively engaged in Erasmus+ projects and has extensive experience in international collaboration and innovative educational practices.

Ana is the director of the Preschool Institution “Včielka” in Bački Petrovac. By profession, she is a preschool teacher with an additional degree from the Faculty of Education, specializing as a primary school teacher.

She worked as a preschool teacher for 14 years, a period that brought her extensive experience in working with children and provided opportunities to participate in various forms of professional development, as well as in international projects, particularly those under Erasmus+.

Ana has participated in numerous professional conferences, where she had the opportunity to present examples of her own practice and the practice of the institution in which she is employed.

She maintains close cooperation with the Pedagogical Institute of Vojvodina, the Association of Preschool Teachers of Serbia, and the Association of Preschool Teachers of Vojvodina, on topics such as Supporting Children’s Initiative as an Important Dimension in Building Relationships and The Use of ICT Through the Example of a Project.

She was also one of the speakers at a conference for preschool institution directors within the project “Inclusive Preschool Education” implemented by the Ministry of Education.

Andrijana is a pedagogical associate at the Preschool Institution “Včielka” in Bački Petrovac, a pedagogical advisor, and an external advisor for the Novi Sad School Administration. Together with her institutional team, she encourages the use of digital technology to make preschool activities more visible within the educational community.

She has gained significant experience as a mentor in a nationally important program aimed at supporting the development of digital competences among practitioners in preschool institutions. Through authorship and participation as a partner in several Erasmus+ (KA1, KA2) projects, she has gained valuable insights into preschool systems across European countries.

She is one of the responsible authors and co-authors of the handbook “Learning Adventures Beyond the Walls of Kindergartens and Schools”, which presents the experiences of the Preschool Institution “Včielka” in developing digital competences among children and adults.

Andrijana has extensive experience in presenting best practice examples at conferences, professional gatherings, and advisory meetings at the local, regional, and international levels. In the field of education, her interests are directed — in addition to ICT — toward the development of transition models.

She is particularly proud of her work on piloting the Learning Passport platform, where, through the use of various digital tools and in collaboration with a team of preschool teachers and nurse-educators, she developed internal training modules and promoted horizontal learning within her institution.

Ania Bourgeois is a senior education policy and systems analyst with the Eurydice
network, part of the coordinating unit at the European Education and Culture Executive
Agency (EACEA). She has extensive experience in collecting and analyzing qualitative
and comparable data on teaching and learning key competences in schools, including
digital, entrepreneurship, and citizenship education.

Aleksandra Ikonov is a PhD candidate, researcher, and experienced marketing manager specializing in digital marketing and the application of artificial intelligence in data analysis and education. Her work is dedicated to developing innovative approaches that connect technology, marketing, and learning, with the goal of improving access to education and the effectiveness of digital communication.

Throughout her career, Aleksandra has developed and led numerous digital campaigns and projects that combine research methods and AI tools, contributing to a better understanding of user behavior and the personalization of educational content.

By combining academic expertise and practical experience, she actively participates in projects aimed at enhancing digital competences and promoting the responsible use of artificial intelligence in both education systems and marketing.
