The international online conference “Digital Education 2023” is organized by the EdTech Center Western Balkans in cooperation in with the Ministry of Education, the Institute for the Improvement of Education, the Institute for Education Quality and Evaluation, and the Loop Foundation. The Ministry of Education performs state administration tasks related to research, planning, and development of preschool, primary, secondary, and higher education, as well as the student and education standards, and supplementary education for domestic citizens’ children abroad. The Institute for the Evaluation of the Quality of Education and Upbringing is a professional and reference institution that deals with the evaluation of education and upbringing and gives recommendations for the establishment and provision of the quality system of education and upbringing. The key activities of the Institute are defining standards in education, evaluation of education and training of participants in the education system.


The Petlja (Serbian for loop) Foundation was founded with an aim of promoting and improving algorithmic literacy in Serbia.
