Zlatko Grušanović
Zlatko Grušanović is the Director of the Institute for the Advancement of Education and Upbringing.
He holds a PhD in Philological Sciences and is a professor of Serbian language and literature with a focus on general literature. He completed his studies at the Faculty of Philology at the University of Belgrade, specializing in Serbian literature and language. He obtained his master’s degree at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts with a thesis on the dramaturgy of Ljubomir Simović. Since the beginning of his career in 2003, he has worked as a professor of Serbian language and literature, a librarian, and a school director. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Serbian School Directors Society since 2013, contributing to educational policy development. He was awarded the Svetosavski Prize in 2015 for his contributions to education. Grušanović is the author of textbooks, teacher guides, and scientific papers, and has directed and written dramas, with a particular dedication to inclusive education and the arts.
