About the project
The Center for Educational Technologies Western Balkans, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development and the Institute for the Evaluation of the Quality of Education and Upbringing, with the support of the Balkan Trust for Democracy in Serbia, is organizing a series of webinars during February, March, and April as part of the international initiative “Digital Education for the Western Balkans 2021”.
Goal of the project
The aim of the program is to gather representatives from relevant ministries, institutes, and institutions from Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and North Macedonia and to highlight specific guidelines, documents, and instruments available to us in the digital segment of formal education in response to the new situation of online and hybrid teaching implementation, which can be applied at the regional level. The topics to be addressed during the program are:
- Action Plan for the Development of Digital Education 2021-2027 by the European Commission;
- Framework for assessing the capacity of primary and secondary schools to organize distance learning in case of suspension of face-to-face classes for students – as a response to the COVID crisis;
- Selfie – from piloting to scaling;
- New questionnaires in the Selfie tool and piloting of the Selfie tool for dual education;
- Digital School – European pilot program;
- Framework for obtaining the

- Plan – a case study example;
