In 2000, he graduated from Miami University with a degree in Education with a mathematics concentration. In 2003, he earned a Master of Arts in Teaching from Marygrove College. Throughout the next 15 years, he served Ohio public schools as an instructor, curriculum designer and was a co-founder of Northridge Local Schools’ District Data Analysis Team. In his presentation “Creating Quality In-House Math Placement Tests”, he’ll explain how accessible digital technology was harnessed to provide uninterrupted placement opportunities for college-bound students during Covid-realted campus closures.
